I am a fitness coach specializing in helping gay men build real confidence, snatch their waist, and grow a bigger butt. My approach is simple, realistic, and entirely free of marketing fluff. I cut through the generic gym advice to give you a clear system that fits your community, your goals, and your actual schedule.

I know exactly what it takes to transform your body without losing your social life. I do not believe in miserable diets or spending hours wasting time in the gym. I believe in focused, efficient training and nutrition that lets you eat great food and enjoy your weekends. My goal is to get you results that show up everywhere—in how you look in your clothes, how you feel in your skin, and how you show up in the room.
